This was my first experience with transporting a car this way. It was overwhelming, to say the least. I relied heavily on the reviews I read on this website. Progressive Auto Relocation won my confidence with a 5 star rating and a very competitive price. I placed the order with Joe Harper and was impressed from the moment I talked with him. Joe responded to every question and always returned my calls and answered my emails. I did not once doubt his honesty. We had a little trouble at first because some unethical company (you know who you are!) listed my car on the "board". They had the towns wrong and the type of trailer wrong. I filed a formal complaint with the site that post them on the "board". I even called them to demand they remove the listing..........they finally did. This probably caused some delay because Joe told me of the effect this kind of activity by less than honorable companies can have. Bottom line those clowns didn't win this time!
I can't say enough good about Joe Harper and the Progressive Auto Relocation company. I highly recommend him and his company for all your car transport needs. You won't be disappointed.
