Greetings!

I have traveled many times cross country, state to state etc. I haven't had the best customer service for transporting vehicles. The absolute moment that I called into Progressive Auto Relocation I immediately felt no stress from my first conversation. I was helped by a gentlemen named Patrick Anderson. He gave me all of the information of the company and a run down of how their business works. All of the contact numbers that I needed to have were given to me before the end of the call. I had a million questions and Patrick Anderson assured of each concern with no complaints. He never downgraded other companies which was very professional of him. The whole transaction was completed within a week. The driver was on time and knew what he was doing, I felt stress free once the car left. I received the call from where the car was delivered and the person let me know that the driver was early and also professional with how he treated the car. I WILL be using this company for further transports. Ask for Patrick he is overall Awesome.
