I was given the worst service imaginable from the driver George, and their owner David Beg, and then finally by the broker Progressive Auto Relocation Inc. of Miami, Fl.
The car was picked up one day late. My son was told to take car to a truck stop 25 miles away.
SAS Remarketing LLC out of Virginia then convinced my son to transport the car to LA rather than San Diego. This cost an additional $200 in plane fare.My son arrived in LA and waited 7 hours. George, the driver, promised me and my son a dozen times that he was on the way. At midnight, my son rented a room at $160. The car arrived at noon the following day. My son had to call the police to get the car delivered to the hotel parking lot.
Progressive Auto Relocation Inc. has done "NOTHING". They have know about it since 8/9/2013.
Not a call.
Not an e-mail.
Not an apology since August 9, 2013.
My suggestion: Use another company.

We assigned SAS Remarketing, a very reputable company, to transport this vehicle. The gentleman's son was the customer and point of contact on this transport and any decisions in regards to this transport were either made by him or agreed to by him.
