I have moved many times but it was always local. Moving this time was trickier because the older you get the more stuff you accumulate. Then going cross country. I was pretty worked about about the logistics with the vehicle. Doing it alone wasn't an option. I had never used a service like this in my life so I was probably a big pain in the butt. You wouldn't have known it by the way I was treated. I had familiar points of contact who didn't disappear like they seem to with a lot of businesses. That familiarity gave me great comfort.
Right from the beginning I felt welcomed and no question or issue seemed to be too small to them. Truth be told everything was covered really well on the website. Insurance, time frames, pricing was all really easy to find and navigate. As often happens with a cross-country move there were lots of things that changed at the last minute with me. This meant I couldn't stick with times we had settled on for pick up. I loved the way they professionally adapted to my needs.
The actual move went out off without a hitch and on time. There was no additional miles on the car and it was in pristine condition. These days, people are uprooting a lot. I'd tell them to use Progressive absolutely and to not risk it with any other company. What's the point of risking it?
