Two things I loved about this company: First, I was able to find pretty much all the information I needed on their website, which was really easy to use. It covered everything from transport options, to insurance, to quotes, to what I needed to do to prepare. The second thing I loved is that I didn't get the run around on the telephone. Every time I called, I got Joe, and he was able to answer all my questions fully without having to transfer me to someone else, which happens so often with other companies. Not to mention he was really friendly. That's rare these days. There were no hiccups with the transport and my car arrived ding-free and on time. I highly recommend Progressive Auto Relocation if you need your car shipped.
