I've shipped a number of cars in the past several years, and I understand how this business works and it can be tough for both the shipper and the shippee. Most of the car shippers in this industry just want your deposit and do not make much effort to actually get your car shipped. I know that shipping cars has not been easy recently because of the surging gas prices, but Professional Vehicle Shipping kept me posted, responded quickly, and got my car shipped in the time frame that they estimated. That' s all I can ask for!
