The customer knew that we were having a hard time finding a carrier for this difficult route. There are over 400 cars that need to go this route and gas prices have gone through the roof. Unfortunately this is hurting the entire industry, not just our company. The customer actually had several brokers trying to find him a carrier, so I'm assuming he's leaving bad reviews for all of them?
