I chose Pro Vehicle Shipping based on the reviews I had read and was hopeful that I would have good luck as others had. I did not. I waited nearly 6 weeks for them to ship my vehicle before finally canceling the order. It took over a month for them to tell me the truth, that they couldn't locate a carrier. The representative assigned to me outright lied repeatedly, stating "everything is all lined up, the driver is just waiting on a couple more vehicles". In reality there was no driver. I don't fault them for not being able to find a carrier, I do however hold them responsible for not being honest. Had they been upfront with me I could have looked to another company, but because they lied repeatedly I am now in a difficult position and very short of time. Had they been upfront with me and told me they were unlikely to be able to complete this transfer I would have still given them a good rating.

The customer knew that we were having a hard time finding a carrier for this difficult route. There are over 400 cars that need to go this route and gas prices have gone through the roof. Unfortunately this is hurting the entire industry, not just our company. The customer actually had several brokers trying to find him a carrier, so I'm assuming he's leaving bad reviews for all of them?
