My son attends school in Los Angeles and did not take his car with him. We were going to drive it out there and fly back but something came up and had to cancel our plans. We'd never shipped a car and knew no one that had either so were really apprehensive about doing it. I too turned to the internet for help and luckily found this website. After reviewing a lot of information about the different companies and reading the posted reviews, we requested quotes and hoped for the best. We chose Pro Vehicle Shipping as it had the best rating and, in reading their reviews, looked like they addressed problems when they came up rather than disappearing into the black hole. They were not the cheapest of the bids but were friendly and answered all our questions and concerns. The car was ready on a Friday and we hoped it would get picked up quickly but was not assigned for pick up until the following Friday. I don't feel the delay was their fault though as they broker the jobs, not own the trucks, and had to wait until a trucker was available going our way. Larger cities I'm sure have a faster turn around time but Savannah, GA must not be an auto transporters ideal site. The car was delivered to my son in California by Wednesday afternoon, in the same condition as when it was picked up. Thank you E&J Enterprises for that. I'm glad to say this was a good experience and would not hesitate to do this again if the needed.
