Dear Travis, thank you for your review.
You booked your transportation service with us, you scheduled the pick up date for 04 29 2011, the agreement that you have signed and I am sure you read it all before signing, clearly states that pick up can be within 4 days of the requested day, which means that we can have delays as long as it is reasonable... when we have options of different driver such as adding funds or flexible date, our obligation as a broker is to inform the customer with all option and the decision is up to the client.
We had an option for more funds, we offered it to you and you refused it, which is perfectly fine, we kept working on you file.
Our records (contract with driver) shows that the vehicle was picked up on 04 29 2011, your request day (if the driver had one day delay we apologies for that ) and the vehicle was delivered on 05 02 2011.
We shipped your vehicle from TX - FL, the time for the transportation was great, you received your vehicle with no damages, the price was right and we were happy to assist you.
If there was any miscommunication - we do apologies for that, but we are happy that the service WAS ON TIME.
