Mr. Fuller, we were very surprised to see your review as we have different facts about your file, the deposit was charges with your authorization upon reservation, we had a driver assigned for you within our agreement time frame, and the vehicle was not available. Jim Malia, your representative provided all the information to you regarding the deposit; the information was well explained through our emails and agreement. We did our part to assign the driver to pick up your vehicle, you chose not to release the car to the driver, at that point of time the deposit is nonrefundable.
