After having a horrible experience with another transporter, Professional Moving Solutions filled my requirements. Erik the representative from Professional Moving Solutions actually walked me through how to retrieve my monies from another transporter who failed to fill my auto request. Erik gave me a quote and since I was skeptical about submitting a deposit took only 50.00 for my deposit until he confirmed a driver and times for my requirements. After confirming the driver I then submitted my deposit and filled all paperwork online via email. Within 30 minutes I had at least 4 numbers for my driver and a name, dates and times. Erik was consistent in maintaining communication with me throughout the move, the driver called me at least 48 hours prior to the move and 6 hours before he arrived. As he left Kansas and departed to Florida the driver maintained communication with me as well, my car arrived on time and without any drama. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone.
