I had contracted another company that gave me a bit higher quote, but had a BBB rating of A. I gave them a pick up date and they told me they would contact me 2-4 days ahead of the date with a variety of carriers so I could choose. No one called, I kept on calling them, they said it was a busy time of year. I wasn't in a great hurry to get it as I was buying the car from my daughter. The day I gave them came and went and still no call. I finally decided to call a young man that had called me several times, their BBB rating was a B, however, they were from my area. I placed the order and told them they could pick up in the next 2 days but if they could inot it would need to be the following week. Two days later we got a call the driver was in the area, 35 miles away and could pick up. I was a bit nervous as it was after 5 PM and could not confirm that this is whom they contracted. Honestly, my daughter thought it was a bit "shady" and being that she lives so close to the Mexican border, we weren't sure if it was legit. We took a leap of faith, and the driver was very funny and polite and we figured we had insurance on the car, if it was being stolen :). I did leave messages with the booking company and they called me the next day and confirmed the carrier. I received my car in great condition two days later at almost 1 AM. The driver did get within 1 block of my house and he was really great. I knew he was heading home and didn't want to have to spend the night and I appreciate the late night delivery, although in the morning would have been fine for me also. The only flaw in the entire process was not getting confirmation prior to shipping as to who would pick it up. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I got the car quickly, at a fair price, and the driver was a great guy.
