I arranged to have my car picked up from the airport, and explained that it would not be there until a certain time. My contact told me that was not a problem.

They called me the day before, and said they were waiting at the airport, and couldn''t find my car. I explained to an extremely rude driver that I wasn't there until the next day. I talked to his supervisor, who said that the contract gave a 4 day window, and he "didn't care what the verbal agreement was." I rushed out to try and get there in time, but couldn't.

The driver called saying he was waiting again, and I said I wasn't there. I asked what I should do, and he said: "I don't care, I''m never f*****g dealing with you again," then hung up. I talked to Pro Movers (not the assholes they subcontract out to).

They were nice enough to reschedule a pickup, and the car arrived quickly. The driver wanted 100 dollars extra because there was stuff in the back seat, which Joe had said I was allowed to have. I gave it to him, because I desperately needed my car, and figured I''d work it out with Pro Move later. I called them back today, and they said that I shouldn't have paid the driver. I got frustrated, and asked if there was anything I could do, considering how difficult the whole process had been, at which point Joe told me I was being "rude," and hung up on me.

In summary:
They came on the wrong day.
Every single person on the hierarchy was a unbelievably rude to me.
They charged me an extra hundred dollars, and refused to correct the mistake.

Although: I did get my car quickly, and intact. Compared to other horror stories I've read in reviews, I guess I should consider myself lucky.

Dear Ben, we were quite surprised when we read your review. Not only that we went the extra mile for you to pick up your vehicle from the airport (we usually pick up cars from residential), but we assigned 3 drivers to this pick up, all 3 times your car was not ready for pick up. We did not charge you extra for sending multiple drivers. Our contract clearly states that pick up can be 2-4 days before or after the requested day, you were informed of our policy before agreeing to it. you chose to ignore it.
