Had some communication problems with Charles, as he orginally had scheduled our car to be delivered to our new address before we arrived and never explained to me that our car would be delivered in two days from it being picked up. Kyle took over after that and a neighbor off ours handed our car to the driver since we were already on the road to our new destination.
