The company was easy to work with and their attention to each detail was superb.
The movers arrived on time and cataloged each and every box. There were no hdden costs in any of the packaging materials they used and didn't charge for most of it.
The shipment of my household items arrived earlier than expected which was nice. They checked off each and every box as it came off of the truck to make sure that nothing got left behind from the inventory.
When I received my vehicle it did have a scratch on the back bumper, but they offered me a choice of a discount or for them to fix it. I had them fix it and received the vehicle back in two days. They were able to match the paint and also fixed a couple of existing scratches that the bumper already had.
They also did a good follow-up job after I received everything.
