Please don't use this company. No disclosure and then they hold your belongings till they are ready to deliver. I was not told about the 45 business day cushion. If I was told about it they would not have moved my belongings. If you must use a mover use a national carrier. Yes, they will charge more but they keep their promises and give you complete disclosure. Keep in mind this company has over 55 registered complaints against them with BBB. No apologies were ever offered. In a lot of ways I'm glad this ordeal is over and I can move on. Less than 1 star - zero stars.
