I asked loads of questions, wanted to book rather quickly, and wanted a good price. Abdiel was diligent in meeting my requirements. My recommendation is to not allow the car to be in the front of the truck above the cab. That is where the dirtiest car is when they arrive, but I was the first one on and the last one off, so nothing I could do about it. The real key is making sure that the transport company gets you a good truck (a very big unknown) and Abdiel surely found one for me.
