I have nothing more to add. The people who left reviews so far have not exaggerated by any means when they said this company "sucks" and "is a joke." No, in fact that was a mild language. I mean last I spoke to them they said the truck is in your area (NY) and will pick up your SUV on Tuesday before he leaves. Tuesday comes and goes, nobody calls, nobody answers the phone or returns messages. Of course it was only after the fact that I saw these reviews reflecting the kind of BS treatment customers have experienced.
