First class service from start to finish. Tiffany is one of the auto transport brokers that you read so many bad reviews about. BUT…..Tiffany is the exception to the rule! She was recommended to me by an owner-operator company that could not move my Jeep because their enclosed truck could not move something which was bigger (hey, its a Jeep!!) than my other car. While I was hesitant to use a broker, this worked out great. Tiffany was very fast to respond to my queries throughout the process, which I began long-distance while away on a military deployment. Anthony, the driver, was also great - courteous, professional, knowledgeable. There was no trans-loading between drivers/trucks (which you also read nightmare stories/reviews about). My Jeep went with Anthony, on the same truck, from northern California to southeast Florida, in 11 days (3 days ahead of the 14 days which was quoted), and had no damage. I had the driver's contact phone and e-mail, and he was in touch both before the pick-up and before the drop-off, just as advertised.
