On 8/21/13 Pristine Auto Transport was hired to transport a car from Illinois to New York for me, at a cost of $775.00
8/21/13 Case # 329340623 Pristine Auto was contacted to ship my vehicle from Illinois to New York. After 10 more e-mails(which I still have), they finally had the correct contract with all of the correct information I had given them over, and over ie:, car info, address, and payment amount.So I was promised a pickup date of 8/26/13. Nobody showed, or called.8/27/13 I called Brandon Quinones, and he said it would be picked up that day,...also didn't happen, no pick-up, and no calls. Wednesday came, same thing. I feel my contract was breached due to the agreed day came and went and did not fulfill the service I was paying for. I gave them a deposit of $200. 00 non-refundable, but I was assuming that was if they actually were going to preform some sort of service. I found out my car had been put on a route with a disabled car, that the shipping price was way too low, and so none of the actual truckers wanted to pick my car on this route. So Pristine Auto took my money, and did not submit a route in which my car would have been shipped on time. I had to hire another transport company, and my car was delivered to my home in New York the very next day. I called my bank to dispute, and they went after them for the deposit,but had no luck due to the non-refundable clause. I feel they should have actually done something to earn the deposit, and If they had done their job I wouldn't have had to hire another company.I dealt with Brandon Quinones, and Jessica Franks. I wasn't satisfied with the way the initial contract was being written incorrectly in the 1st place, he assured me it would all be ok, yet mistake after mistake was made.Just before I had to hire another company, I tried to Contact Brandon 1 more time, and now he wouldn't pick up my calls, or return my messages, and so I had no choice but to hire another company. I feel that this company was very unprofessional, and or inexperienced, and did not handle my concerns with any sense of urgency or interest once they received their deposit money.
