Short notice p/u. Quote 8/19 for p/u 8/21. Brandon said not a problem & guaranteed for 8/21. Jestina sent contract 8/20 (under false pretenses). Vehicle never p/u & no calls. Never returned my calls/emails/etc. for 4 days. When someone would answer I got run around. ACCRUED MASSIVE STORAGE FEES DUE TO PRISTINE'S INCOMPETENCE. Spoke to Nick Gomez (owner?) on 8/23. No help. Pristine said they dispatched on 8/20 & it was carriers fault. Rene called me 8/23 & said it would be done (2 days late). It wasn't. Called Rene until he answered & told him to cancel. Said he would cancel & A/P would contact me to refund deposit. Got call this morning from carrier(who went to p/u) saying he was dispatched by Pristine 8/23 for p/u 8/26. 8/26 called Rene today he said he did cancel & he'll fix. Still haven't heard from A/P, according to Rene, they aren't in again today. Company rude, patronizing and negligent. A BUNCH OF LIARS! THEY BETTER NOT BILL ME!
