I had never shipped my car before and I definitely had my fears about trusting someone with such a valuable possession. I worked with Michael DiBenedetto and he made my whole experience so comfortable and simple. He was always available to answer my questions and followed up promptly with the company who sent the driver whenever necessary. They generally request a 3-day span to pick up your vehicle, and I gave them a span of Monday-Wednesday. The original driver was supposed to come on Tuesday, but there was some miscommunication and he was not able to, so Michael quickly resolved the issue and ensured that another driver came out on Wednesday. I requested for them to come in the morning and Michael even made sure to accommodate that. The whole process was seamless, from initially speaking with Michael about the details, to the car pick up, all the way through drop-off and payment. The price was extremely reasonable as well, considering I moved from the midwest to Miami, FL. I would highly recommend Priority Auto Relocations to anyone wanting to ship their vehicles.
