Michael was always communicating and made things right when the first driver was unable to pick up car, he knew how frustrated I was and quickly found another driver. The dispatch made alternate arrangements regarding pick up time since they were on their way earlier than I expected. I used Priority Auto twice because the first time I ever needed car shipped, it was hard to decide due to all the dishonesty in the industry. I did my research and settled for Priority Auto. A great experience the first time made me come back the second time. Highly recommend and would not go elsewhere!
