Dear Carolyn I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused in delay of your vehicle as I sincerely mentioned when I left a voice-mail on Friday 5/2 after you called me voicing your concerns. I do not believe a 0 star review is fair or an accurate description of the service provided. Any customer trying to reach me at almost anytime by phone or email tends to get a response within an hour or two most times and there was not one time where you tried to reach me and I did not respond within a timely manner. Also I state in any dispatch notice "My job is not over I'm here from start to finish, please let me know if you need anything at all.". Standard transport time on a route of 2,289 miles is 5-7 days about 90% of the time without any delays. Unfortunately the assigned carrier EZH whom I've worked with multiple times without any issues did not make estimated time and they have asked me to sincerely apologize for the delay of 4 days. All in all I understand you were not happy with the service and you have a right to voice your opinion but a 0 star review is a little harsh as I mention to all customers as I mentioned to you transport times are not and cannot be guaranteed because there are too many factors that can speed or slow transport times with a car carrier having 7-8 other pick ups and drop offs while traveling 2,289 miles.
