Michael DiBenedetto was a professional from the start. He walked me through the whole process and answered my questions whenever I had one in a timely almost immediate manner. He quoted me $700 and lost $50 on his commission as he should have quoted more, but in a gentleman like manner he took the loss, not me. The only complaint I had was about the company he used. They were supposed to deliver the car at my convenience and they decided they could not drive on that road at that hour so they had to hire a tow truck driver to deliver the car and charged me an extra $20 for this. The car arrived safe and sound and on time even though it did cost extra.
