I have moved several times over the past few years for my job. Every move I have done in the past was an absolute nightmare! I was extremely hesitant about using a moving company but as I am a single female, there was no way I could do it on my own. When I first spoke with Alex, I was very impressed with his knowledge about this very shady industry. I was even more impressed with how honest he was about all that could go wrong and what his company would do to prevent those things from happening to me. Once I decided to go forward and put down my deposit, they passed me to their customer service team and all of the ladies in that department were so helpful throughout the process. On the day of my move i added last minute items and i was told the price would be increasing because of the additional space it would take on the truck. I was not happy about this at all so i called customer service and spoke with their manager Mike. He spoke with the driver and was able to negotiate with them so that I could bring my extra items and not have to pay as much as they were quoting me. She really went to bat for me and got it resolved quickly and that is what led me to writing this review. My experience was not perfect -- but one thing I can say is that Prime Relocation Services really worked on my behalf to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Coming from someone that has moved several times with all sorts of companies, I would definitely recommend using their service. I know who I am going to call for my next move!
