My transport was paid in full to Matt at Primary Auto Transport at the time the order was placed, Dec. 22nd, and was assigned to J&B Transport. Primary Auto Transport assigend my vehicle 4 days after the first available date, Jan. 11th, to J&B Auto Transport which was still within the agreed timeframe for pickup. The transport was flawless with delivery of my vehicle taking approximately 3 days from Florida to Colorado. The vehicle was released to me after a miscommunication about my need to pay a transport charge of $750 C.O.D. when I explained I had already paid Matt at Primary Auto Transport in full. I contacted Matt and did not receive a return call on Thursday, Jan 17th, when my car was delivered but nonetheless had my vehicle so thought nothing of Primary Auto Transport not calling me back. I received a call from a few days later, Tuesday Jan 22nd, from Natalia at J&B Transport saying that Matt had NOT paid them for the move and was no longer returning their phone calls. As I write this review I am not certain if Primary Auto Transport is electing not to pay J&B for their service. I personally contacted Matt to try to get resolution, both via email and by phone, and have yet to receive a return call. Bottom line is that on the front end all calls were returned in a timely manner however the fact that the drivers who released my car to me expected payment leads me to believe there is an issue of final payment being made to J&B Auto Transport. This is solidified by J&B Transport contacting me after my vehicle was already delivered asking for payment of this debt.

I am hopeful that there was a miscommunication somewhere along the way and that J&B Transport can resolve this issue with Primary Auto Transport in an agreeable manner but for those of you that may choose this company be forewarned about paying the fee up front to this broker.
