The process was straight forward with Pam. I had other people tell me all kinds of things but she got it done quickly and honestly. The transporter were on time but communication was an issue. They dropped the car off in front of a military base which they said they wouldn't there was a problem with English. The drivers spoke very little English the dispatcher had a heavy accent but they did deliver as promised.
