The representative from Premium Auto Shipping gave me a quote of $300 inclusive of all costs, insurance, taxes and any other charges. I confirmed via text with my representative that this is an all in cost and fixed. The morning of vehicle pickup I get a text saying that they will pickup my vehicle but the cost is now $550 - $250 more than what I agreed to. I told them that he had confirmed the fixed price of $300 but he said that no one would deliver the car for $200 paid at delivery. Premium takes $100 fee at signing of the contract. The representative told me the contract i signed was just as estimate and that the price is subject to change. His text to me of a fixed price of $300 did not matter. If i wanted to cancel the delivery they would refund me $100 deposit but charge me a $200 cancellation fee. They are a total scam and unreliable. They get you to use their services by offering a low price and then the day of pickup almost double it. I was hostage to them and had to pay an additional $200 (negotiated down to $500) than i had planned to pay. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS JUST TO GET YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN CHANGE THE PRICING AT THE LAST MINUTE.
