We scheduled and booked the vehicle transport through Premium Auto Shipping for an Acura. This was booked 7 days in advance and when booking, the agent said that the price would be $300 to book and that it would not change. Asked for a deposit which was provided as well.
That's when things went wrong. The communication dropped after receiving the deposit and had to reach out multiple times to get information on what time the vehicle will be picked up, by whom and the insurance info on the carrier. 2 hours before the scheduled pickup, they RAISE the price to 750 and try to collect additional fee. Luckily, we had everything in writing so were able to get a refund else this would've been a nightmare.
