I reached out to Jason after I had been stiffed by another company. It was a last minute request and Jason worked hard to find a driver on short notice. He did not ask me to sign a contract or pay anything until he had an available driver. Although we paid a bit over our budget (due to last minute request), we were able to book a driver within our time constraints.
