The single worst experience I have ever had with any service in my entire life. The employees were rude, stupid liars. I ordered well over a month in advance. My car was never picked up and when I continued to call to check on my pickup status, they ignored my calls. I never received a single apology. I have yet to receive my money back but am in the process of disputing the charges. They also told me that they would give me my money back but have yet to do so- the way that they agreed made it sound like they have customers asking for money back all the time.
DO NOT USE. This experience haunts me. It was actually shocking to me that anyone could be so horrible.
