We contacted Premier in Sept to have a car delivered to SEMA. WE gave them the dates to pick up the car ( Friday OCT 31 - Sat Nov 1st) and explained that the car had to be there no later than the afternoon of the 2nd of Nov. Friday came and no one showed up to pick up the car. We called them and were told don't worry someone will be there Sat morning to pick it up ( Keep in mind the car had to be there no later than Sunday afternoon to be placed in its show booth.) By Sat afternoon still nothing. Sat night we were told they were having a hard time finding a driver. Sunday morning we called and canceled we had to find other means to get the car to the show. We were told we would be getting a refund. After months of going back and forth we were told today that they would not refund our money because they found someone to pick up the car on the 5th of Nov. ( that's mid way through the show and the car was already there. we canceled on the 2nd of Nov so how do they schedule a pickup after we cancel and 3 days after the car was supposed to be there?)

Check the BBB and you will see that they have a history of doing this. I will be taking legal action. I understand things happen but the right thing to do here would be to refund my money. I'm not asking them to make up the difference that I had to pay due to the fact that I had to find someone last min to get my car to the show.
