This is an unfair review.We assigned drivers for p/u 2 times to carriers All American Autobody and Car Mover Express LLC,both before Christmas.Both times the person at p/u was unavailable and carriers had to cancel.It costs $$ everytime we dispatch a truck out for p/u.Unfortunately,like everyone else out there,we do not refund $$ after we have dispatched a truck out for p/u,in this case we dispatched it out Twice
