First time shipper for my elderly mother so was new to process and industry. I was a major squeaky wheel and Anthony did a good job keeping me in line by delivering what he promised. Being out of the area i had a small window for pick up which was accommodated as was my last minute change of delivery address. I was hesitant about using a broker but it worked! I would not only reccommend but would use again if need be.
