I had a terrible experience with Premier Auto shippers Inc (ph 954-340-9968). I had shipped my 2004 Honda CRV from Jacksonville FL to Eden Prairie MN for a quote of $1030.99 in May 2014 which i signed as contract as provided by the Premier Auto Shippers. I paid $130.99 from my credit card as an advance and agreed to pay $900 at delivery.

But to my agony, when they delivered at MN they demanded $1000 and said otherwise they will not unload the vehicle. I tried calling Premier Auto shippers frantically to correct that, but in vain. Nobody picked up my call. Eventually, my brother had to pay $1000 to get the vehicle unloaded.

I called Premier Auto the couple of days later and the person Carl who booked my shipping said, yes there were couple of cases where the driver demanded more money on delivery and asked me to reach out to Lee who is the owner of the Premier Auto to resolve this. Till date I was not able to reach him and neither Lee or Carl are not responding to any of my emails on this and have not returned my $100 back

Whether it is $100 or $1000, when someone doesn't commit to the services and be dishonest to the agreement, it really is an attitude which any customer will dislike.

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR COLLEAGUES. SUCH A NASTY AND BITTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.I FEEL TERRIBLY DECEIVED. SO PLS WATCH OUT
