Very, Very, Poor Service. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Premier Auto Shippers charged me $200 more than I signed a contracted for. They lied to me over and over about the pick up time and date. The actual pick up was 8 days later than I was told initially. Chris actually told me a time between 4 and 6 PM. and verified it twice the same day. At 5:45 that day Mike told me " I don't know where he (Chris) got that information from". Nothing but lies and promises. Mike, the ONLY one that did not lie to me, told me the contract was not negotiated yet ( with the transport company) and would be a week or so. Then at the end it cost me $200 more than the contract that I had signed. Yes they took my deposit money up front. Mike told me they (premier) paid some toward the transport. I can not verify any of this because the actual transport company " PUMA " was unable to tell me how much the move costs due to contracts between Premier and Puma. I truly despise being lied to by Anthony, my "GO TO GUY". The contract itself can be legally changed because a clause says " an additional fuel surcharge may be added ...". Watch the fine print. In my opinion, these people have no business morals or customer care. On a scale of 1 to 10...I give them "1". Lastly, not a single phone call was returned to me. I called them every single time!!
