This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had with any business. Totally dishonest and they are liars. Originally received a quote for $900 plus the broker fee on 09 July 2013 with a pick up of immediately. called several times weekly with nobody answering. Finally received a call back from Mike wanting more money, I responded no that I would just fly my wife up and have her drive it back. He requested until the end of the week. I did not here anything back until Monday and that the car was being loaded. I called the driver to check when he would be here and to confirm the $900 on delivery, he stated he was contracted for $1350 and he was half way to Florida and I would have to pay. Without an option I had to pay the $1350. After contacting Lee(the manager) he apologized and said Mike had made a mistake and I would receive a refund check. Turns out it was a stall tactic to get past the credit card dispute timeline and no refund was received. So I had to pay 50% more to receive my car a month late. After speaking with the driver he stated this was standard practice for some of these companies. I have the original contract and the contract the driver received. I recommend anyone who has been wronged by this company contact the attorney general for Florida (1-866-966-7226) to report any fraud by this company. You can search the business license in Coral Springs Florida and get the owners name and address if you wish to file a civil case.
