I was charged an upfront deposit (their broker fee) on my credit card in July for a shipment in October. A week later I cancelled my order and my supposedly refundable deposit has still not been made back to my credit card 4 weeks later. I have called twice and written once, and they tell me it is in the works. I should have read the reviews on Premier before I did anything. These are not honest people. And you should never make a deposit before you get confirmation of a driver at the quoted price.
