Like several others, I entered into a contract with Premier for delivery of a vehicle. Per my contract I was to pay the driver $550 upon delivery. When the driver arrived, he had a contract with Premier showing that he was due $775 and would not unload or deliver the vehicle until he was paid in full. Trying to reach Premier for resolution has been fruitless, no return phone calls at all. I had to pay the extra $225 just to get my vehicle. This company is very unresponsive once they have your money. Communication is poor, and they made two different deals for the delivery of my vehicle and breached their agreement/contract with me.
