I don't know how these people sleep at night! They told me one price and was asked to put a deposit to hold the spot and the remaining balance was due upon arrival. I ended up paying $179.00 more than was expected. When I tried to confront the person who handles the accounts (Mike the dispatcher) he conveniently was never there. Needless to say I'm out $179 bucks. Total scammers! THEY ARE A BROKER AND CHARGE A FEE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A DEPOSIT TOWARDS THE TOTAL AMOUNT AND IT'S NOT! Oh and not to mention they forged my signature on the invoice documents and now I have to take legal action about that. As if I have nothing else going on in my life! Thanks SCAMMERS....

Another untrue claim.We let her know prior to being p/u that the driver was going to need more $$ and she had it p/u.She had an excess of stuff in the car that the driver added charges for.As for creating a false signature,that is ridiculous.We send out an Esign contract for people to fill out and send back as a convenience.They enter their signatures electronically.It is unfortunate to have such a false claim as this.
