My experience with Premier Auto Shippers was a complete nightmare. When I was first contacted by the company, they had none of my information correct. I had to walk the Representative through the entire form just to make sure everything was correct. I was quoted what I thought was a good price but as it turns out, the amount I was quoted was so low that no driver wanted to even pick my vehicle up. Instead of admitting that the quote was too low Premier instead had me play the waiting game. I waited almost 3 weeks before I had to call and find out why my vehicle hadn't been picked up yet. Well nobody could give me a straight answer and I kept getting passed around on the phone. Finally I asked for a refund and was told that it would only take 7 days for it to be processed yet here I am 3 weeks later still waiting. This company has been nothing but a headache. I would not recommend Premiere Auto Shippers to anyone unless they have time to waste.
