I contracted with Premier at a cost of $150 broker fee to list and $500 fee to transport payable to the Carrier. They were in a HUGE hurry to get my deposit upfront, but not in a hurry to pick up my vehicle or to return my calls when the carrier told me the cost would be $750 (50% higher than contracted).

Premier did not call me to inform me of the price increase. The driver called me once the car was loaded, saying it would cost $750 to deliver the car. After several calls and emails (non-returned), they said it was due to another broker who also listed my car. I contacted the other broker (Plaza Auto - crooks) and they confirmed that they listed my car and it was for free. But I did not ask them to or contract with them to do this.

I was never informed of the price increase by Premier, and looking at other reviews here and online, it happens all the time with this company. These negative reviews are buried by false positive reviews. Avoid this company at all costs.
