They came in with a quote lower than most and happily took my deposit. The pick up date came and went and I didn't hear from them. I called them and spoke with Anthony, who I thought was a good guy at first. He kept saying I'll call you back but never did. Finally Mike the Shark from dispatch called and said "would you believe we had a driver tht cancelled because his truck broke down. However, we have another guy that will pick it up for $150 more." A lot of shouting went on and Mike told me "too bad" that I wasn't allowed to list with someone else and "no way will you get your deposit back." His job is basically to make you feel worthless!! I relayed this to Anthony and he claimed his company doesn't work that way. He promised to speak with the general manager and call me back. He never did. Called another company, car was delivered in 3 days without any hassle. I wish I knew about this site before placing the order because there are several people who had the same exact experience.
