This was a classic case where the customer did not properly identify the vehicle being requested to p/u.We had a truck dispatched to p/u the truck,which was originally identified as running and was also told there were no special modifications done.That was not the case.We cannot know for sure what we are picking up if the client is not clear on all levels about the vehicle.Based on what the vehicle actually was,and being in a challenging area,we could not perform the service as requested for the rate quoted
