AWFUL!!! Original pick-up date was missed which caused us to set back the date because the pick-up party was not going to be there. Original contract was signed for 1,000 and without even contacting us permier agreeded with a driving company to do the job for 200 more (the 200 didn't come out of premier's pocket which collected 200 for NOTHING the 200 came out of our pockets). Customer service at premier basically told us "in the end they have your vehicle so you have to pay them what ever they want" NEVER AGAIN!!! Thanks Permier Auto Shippers for nothing but a massive head ache enjoy the 200 you made off us!
