BEFORE YOU READ THIS, PLEASE UNDERSTAND I AM NOT A PAID SPOKESPERSON. THIS IS A LEGITIMATE REVIEW. I AM TAKING TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW (which I rarely do) BECAUSE I WAS THAT IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. Like most people, I went with a broker to find a company to transport my car. I received several calls and e-mails from various brokers almost immediately after I sent an email requesting a quote. Several brokers told me they had a trucker in the area, but I was skeptical. The trucking company the broker put me in contact with was Premier Auto Carriers. I knew nothing about this company, their trucks or their drivers. However, I almost immediately received a call from Brett at Premier and he definitely put my mind at ease. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me information about his company, the equipment they use, the driver and the route. My car was picked up ON TIME and was delivered ON TIME. Throughout the process, Vince from their NJ headquarters provided me with frequent and accurate updates on where my car was located. The driver, Bill, was an experienced driver who offloaded my car with great care. He didn't rush like I had happen with other carriers in the past. He made sure my car was not damaged in any way, shape or form and he even waited at the drop off location until I was all set getting used to the car. Given that my car is a Lotus Esprit with virtually no ground clearance, this was no small feat. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Their pricing is fair and service is second-to-none. Knowing me, there will be more cars in my future and Premier will be the company I call to transport them.
