Precision Auto Transport told me that they would deliver my car at 4:30 in the afternoon. After several calls to them, they did not deliver the car until 9:45 that night. The bumper was also damaged. At first, the driver tried to convince me that the damage was already there. After reviewing the paperwork, the finally agreed to repair the damage. They then made an appointment to pick the car up to repair the bumper. They did not show up. I have made numerous calls to them. They have not shown up for any appointments that were made. I have wasted hours and days with this company. I would advise people not to use them. They are irresponsible, rude and unprofessional. BEWARE. I have contacted an attorney and will sue them for damages.
