This outfit is very unscrupulous. They will tell you anything you want to hear over the phone to get your deposit through credit card. They have my deposit, but my car has not been picked up, nor have they contacted me. I have contacted both the woman who made the order, and the dispatcher numerous times. They pleasantly tell you to be patient and that you will contacted soon. So far, they have never returned my calls, or made any effort to find a carrier for my car. However, my Visa was charged immediately. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION. They are very unprofessional and will not be honest with you. I am trying to get my deposit back and will notify the BBB and the Department of Justice.
BEWARE of Precision Auto Transport. I wish I had done my homework in advance . . .
