Avoid this carrier - totally incompetent. 3 days late on scheduled pickup, 3 weeks late on delivery date, and a total lack of communication on status. Phone calls usually go to voice mail, they never call back, and email communication is only good until they get your deposit. The live web tracker is a joke - they outsource the move so they actually do not have any idea where your vehicle is at any given moment. I would strongly recommend not using this company.
